Our Team
Ream is a small, fully-remote company that spans the US from coast-to-coast. Bootstrapped from the start, our passion for contracts is funded by our work in business consulting and software development. This boots-on-the-ground approach helps ensure we stay focused on what our customers really need: a tool that works well and gets out of the way quickly.

A Partnership 20 years in the making
While our team of founders has been building ream together for the past 2 years, we’ve been working on our friendship for going on 2 decades. Our leadership team first met in Eugene, OR in 2006.
After high school, we went our separate ways: Noah to the University of Washington, Microsoft, and Amazon; Wyatt to snowy Vermont to pursue a love of books; Alex to North Carolina and eventually a Yale MBA. The many years and many miles, though, haven’t kept us apart. We’ve stayed connected, finding many chances to collaborate and support each other’s work.
After one such opportunity, we identified a shared frustration in our professional lives: drafting and sending contracts was a real pain in the butt.
Ream was born out of a desire to fully understand and then improve the contract creation and revision process, addressing clients' needs. All while building a company with a work environment that prioritizes the well-being of its team.
